My name is Craig N. Lemp and I have been a faithful servant to all different homebuyers for over 27 years. In that span I have helped and/or managed the process through closing for over 4,000 wonderful homeowners. I have Originated, Processed, Underwritten, Managed, and Owned Companies in the Mortgage Industry since 1991. I am currently the Regional Manager for North Texas at Guaranteed rate and incredibly excited to get the word out about all the pioneering Technology, Tools, and Marketing where GR is leading the industry. It's exciting to be part of such a great company with such lofty goals and looking forward to helping recruit dynamic professionals and leaders in this industry to take our North Texas production to the Billion dollar level. I think so many top originators are curious to find out how this company has the most originators in the top 500 national originators as listed in Mortgage Origination News and how our average originator does more than double the national average. The tools we have to get loans done quicker, more efficiently, and smoother are not seen anywhere else.

I feel like my education in finance at Cornell University '91 has given me a solid foundation to add to my discussions and advice with borrower discussions. This along with continuing industry education and informational webinars allows me to provide more accurate information and put my borrowers into the best product for their situation and needs.

I have also embraced mortgage and business coaching which has allowed me to streamline my TEAM's process to provide the best possible borrower experience while also managing time to create a healthy balance for business and family.

I am still amazed how much I love this business after 27 years and how dynamic this industry is and how it is continually changing.

In the end I am always looking to provide the best process and benefit for not only our borrowers but also for our employees while making it fun and rewarding. After 27 years it is still the best!

Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from East Texas Baptist University and has been a loan officer with Integrity Mortgage since 2001. His training and experience enable him to help his clients understand the important details of the home buying process and to create a loan package tailored to their individual needs.
